Virtual Town Hall -- your health care is on the line!

On November 10, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear the most dangerous attack on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) since it was passed over ten years ago. This is the second attempt to overturn the ACA at the Supreme Court -- and with an expanded majority of conservative judges on the Court, this time they could win. That’s why we’re cosponsoring a Virtual Town Hall that evening that breaks everything down for you that happened in the Court. We’ll even send you the recording if you miss it. RSVP here today to join us (ASL provided).

Since the Affordable Care Act was passed over 10 years ago, almost 20 million people have gained health insurance. Folks with pre-existing health conditions can no longer be denied care. Kids can stay on their parents insurance until they are 26. And Americans are protected from discrimination based on race, disability, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity) and more! But depending on how the court rules, all of that could be lost!

This case is too important to miss. That’s why we’re making it as easy as possible to join us the evening of November 4 (or to listen to the recording after) so we can break down everything that happened in the court that morning. RSVP at OurDayInCourt.org and let’s come together as a virtual community for #OurDayInCourt!

Thank you!
