Lt. Governor Speaks Out Against LWOP

Last week at Jim Owles Liberal Democratic Club, RAPP Organizer Jose Saldana had the opportunity to ask New York State Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul if she supported our work to #FreeOurElders, including by releasing people serving long sentences for violent crimes. As part of her response, she said: "Life without parole is inherently inhumane."
