JOLDC joined petition to Gov. Hochul laying out concrete steps to achieve community safety and pretrial justice

The Jim Owles Liberal Democratic Club signed the joint letter to Governor Hochul and legislative leaders in December, urging them to to enact a plan for ensuring community safety and pretrial justice by committing to long-term, evidence-based investments and policy reforms that will improve the daily lives of all New Yorkers.
